Funny Things

Funny things help liven up our daily lives. Funny things can be as simple as humorous pictures, videos or a silly story that one has heard. There are many funny things in this world that add spice to our lives.

One of the funny things that has amused me all my life are pets. I've had wacky cats and daffy dogs that have provided hour of entertainment. Some other funny things that I find most humorous and entertaining are people.

If you ever go to the airport or mall just to people watch, you'll know what I'm talking about. A person can observe all the funny things people do or say. One of the funniest things I ever saw at the airport was a woman scratching her husband's butt for over five minutes.

Of course, no one had the courage to walk over and ask the lady about this funny thing that she was doing. But, one could surmise that perhaps like a mother that says "I'm cold, so put on a jacket" to her child, that perhaps she had an itch and thought her husband did as well.

There are many other funny things in this world that one can laugh at as well. Humorous signs are funny things that I always get a kick out of and even take pictures of them when I get a chance.

For instance, one of the funny things in life to me is that fact that the highway department where I live will paint messages on the pavement as if all English-speaking people in this country read from the bottom up. Instead of "Slow Down" that reads from top to bottom, the signs read "Down Slow" as if someone is driving so fast that they read the first word they see and then the second.

Animations are funny things that people may see when surfing on the Web, along with cartoons, comics, icons, photos and graphics. These funny things are meant to make us laugh.

But, I prefer the funny things that aren't meant to make us laugh, but do anyway. As an example one of my cats sleeps on top of the other cat. The feline on top is a bit smaller than the one of the bottom, so it forms a bit of a kitty pyramid, especially when its tail if pointed upwards a bit.

Then there are some other funny things to think about such as politics. No matter how mad you are at the other side of the argument, one can always find a few funny things to say about the people with which you don't agree.

There are many funny things in this world. One only has to know where to look. And, if you look close enough, you may find that one of the most outrageously funny things in life may just be yourself.
